3:- How Do I Care For My Garments? Majority of our garments should be worn with care and are mainly for special occasion wear. Please ensure that the first wash is ‘Dry Clean’ only. embroidered items can only be Dry Cleaned.

More casual items should be washed separately in cold water and thoroughly rinsed. Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colours are not guaranteed.

4:-Do you stitch unstitched outfits? No, we do not provide a stitching service

5:-What size can unstitched items be stitched up to? All unstitched items should have a maximum bust measurement in the description. The maximum bust measurement is the widest that items shirt can be stitched from the bust area, this will give a clear indication if this will fit you or not

If you receive an e-mail, a call from a person/association claiming to be from fashion flatland seeking sensitive confidential information like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, we request you to never provide such confidential and personal data.

We at fashion flatland or our affiliate logistics partner never ask for such confidential and personal data.

If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.


1:-What is Fashion Flatland shipping Fee? A shipping Fee of Rs. 89/- will be applicable to the orders under Rs. 1499/- in INDIA If the order is cancelled, lost or un - delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including the shipping fee, if paid online.

2:-Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed? Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by tapping it under 'change address' option

4:-What is your Return Policy?

While we make sure to deliver the best, we do entertain returns in case of dissatisfaction with the material or product damage.

In case you did not like the product, you can return the fabric within 15 days from the date of receipt the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

if the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product at [care@fashionflatland.com or whatsapp us at +919621000994 ] within 24 hours from the order receipt.

Once we confirm on order damage, we will refund the entire amount including shipping to your bank account or offer you a coupon code of the same amount. In such a scenario, we will arrange a return pickup of the product, accept our apologies and place another order! We will try out best that you don’t face an issue like this again

6:- I have created a Return request. When will the product be picked up?

Number of days to pickup a product may vary as per the Logistics team that will be assigned to pickup your product. The product will be picked anywhere between 4 – 7 days.

7:-I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?

Refund will be initiated upon successful pickup as per the Returns Policy. The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within the following timelines:

NEFT - 1 to 3 business days post refund initiation

Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner “PhonePe wallet” – 1-2 days

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping Fee will not be refunded. Order value is calculated after applying GST or any other applicable charges.

8:-I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

If payment was made by redeeming PhonePe wallet balance then, then refund will be instant post order cancellation, which can be later transferred into your bank account, by contacting PhonePe customer support team.

9:-What is your Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work?

There are two ways to return the product to us:

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.

Self-Ship: If the pick up facility is not available at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping fee in the form of fashion flatland credits provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

10:-During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. For a successful pick up, we will initiate a refund for the return amount into the refund mode selected at the time of initiating the return request a refund will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check.

If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.

If you choose to exchange the item for reason of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact

11:-Why has my return request been declined?

This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original bills are missing.

In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and fashion flatland assumes no liability in this regard

Since each country has their own set of local taxes, all taxes and duties shall be borne by the customer there are a few countries which have some additional mandates while placing the order.

It is compulsory for our customers in South America to mention their Tax Id in the cart page in the “Special Instructions for Seller” column to enjoy a smooth delivery process or else, your order might get stuck! While in case of Russia, no individual consignee order can be placed.

No, COD is not applicable on international orders. We accept only prepaid orders.

6:-How can I make the payment for international orders?

You can make your payment through any international bank cards. If you would like to pay through PayPal, then you need to place a Cash-On-Delivery order and our support team will reach you through email with the payment link before the order is shipped.

7:-Do you have standardized prices for domestic and international orders?

All our products are uniformly priced for countries across the world. It is only the shipping cost that varies based on the weight of the order and zip code of the country.


1:-Why international shipping is not free?

We all are aware of the complexities that international shipping brings along.

Each country has their own set of custom duty norms and taxes which makes it difficult for any e-commerce business to bear the shipping charges.

Even courier companies in this case has a scroll running down with T&Cs which makes it all the more difficult to ship products for free, internationally.

However, we only charge the shipping cost that the courier company levy on each order. There are no hidden costs involved! But we know you won’t mind paying an extra few pennies for our enchanting collection!

You can definitely pay internationally and get it shipped to any town or city in India.
