constitute our Shipping Policy.
Due
to increase order value and the impact of COVID-19. It may take longer than
usual to fulfill the order. We are working to get the order to you as quickly
as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
SHIPMENT
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 days in business
days. Customer
will receive product at their doorstep within 3-9 day in business days. Orders
are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please Note:
Shipping time doesn’t include our 1-2 days of processing time.
we are experiencing a high volume of
orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in
transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of
your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

WRONG ADDRESS
If
you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by
the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable
for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and
as applicable).
SHIPMENT
CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a
Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE
MOMENT”.
It’s not uncommon for NO
tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the
respected carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive
your tracking link. But If your order was placed more than a week and there is
still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons,
items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if
you’ve specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
DELIVERY DEADLINES
Delivery deadlines depend upon the address that you
provided to us and the stocks availability for dispatch. If any disparity in
your existing order. We will contact you asap. Please make sure while ordering,
provide the accurate details related delivery such as address, area codes,
phone number and email address.
Fashion Flatland is not liable to pay any refund for late
delivery in respect of:
1. Shipments addressed to a PO Box address unless
designated as permissible on our website;
2. Shipments addressed to a PO Box or local post office
where the postal delivery agent operates a held for collection process;
3. Any delay in delivery due to acts or omissions of
customers or other regulatory agencies;
4. Delays in delivery caused by adherence to courier
policies regarding the payment of duties and taxes.
Fashion Flatland shall not be liable to pay any
compensation or refund for delay where:
1. The shipment was held up in customers for formal
entry clearance or because duty is payable;
2. The shipment needs to collection by the recipient in
person;
3. The shipment is seized by any customers
authority;
4. The shipment does not have a complete and accurate
address, postcode and phone number for the customer;
5. It is indicated in the country specific information
that the delivery guarantee does not apply;
6. Fashion Flatland shall have no liability for loss,
damage and delay where a shipment is dispatched to a destination where the service
has been suspended.
CUSTOMS,
DUTIES, AND TAXES
Fashion Flatland is not responsible for
any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after
shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import
taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at
its final destination, which is determined by
your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your
responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays
caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of
charges, please contact your local customs office.
MISSING
ITEMS/DAMAGED GOODS
If we’re not able to supply any of your ordered product
due to some of our fault. For this case, we will initiate the refund, or
replacement. You can call us or contact via email address.
Refunds will not be given for products that have been
damaged whilst in the care of the customer due to misuse or neglect.
Fashion Flatland is not liable for any
products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged
